Q - What is Pleasure Beach, Blackpool's admission procedure?
A - There are two ways to enjoy Pleasure Beach. Either buy a daily Unlimited Ride Wristband or a Pleasure Beach Pass. All visitors must choose one of these options.
Q - What is an all day Unlimited Ride Wristband?
A - A wristband allows you to enjoy all the rides at Pleasure Beach plus see the South Beach Show during the day of your visit.
There are number of Unlimited Ride Wristbands according to the type of visitor:

Adult Wristband (12 and over) unlimited riding all day.
Includes entry to the park and unlimited riding all day long, plus unlimited riding on Nickelodeon Land .

Junior Wristband (under 11) unlimited riding all day.
Includes entry to the park and unlimited riding all day long, plus unlimited riding on Nickelodeon Land.
Height restrictions apply.
For children who may not be able to ride due to height restrictions. We advise that small children may be more suitable for our coin operated rides.

Senior Wristband (65 and over) unlimited riding all day.
Includes entry to the park and unlimited riding all day long, plus unlimited riding on Nickelodeon Land .
- Nickelodeon Land Wristband.
For a limited period only, experience the fantastic new Nickelodeon Land and ride the 12 fabulous rides with a Nickelodeon Land Wristband (Includes entry to the park).
Wristbands are available to both adults and juniors at £18, allowing adults to enjoy all the excitement with the kids for the same price!
There must be at least one adult with a wristband in the group accompanying any juniors 11 years and under.
Nickelodeon Land Wristbands can be upgraded to Pleasure Beach unlimited rides wristbands on the day of your visit at the ticket centre or any on park ticket outlet.
Please note: height restrictions apply on certain rides and some attractions may charge an additional cost.
Q - What is a Pleasure Beach Pass?
A - A Pleasure Beach Pass costs £5 per person and entitles you to enjoy the ambience of the park, ride on the Pleasure Beach Express, explore the Chinese Puzzle Maze, enjoy South Beach Show and don't miss our Spectacular Dancing Water Show.
Q - Can I still buy ride tickets?
A - Yes, once you have purchased a Pleasure Beach Pass you can purchase ride tickets from our Ticket Centre or from any retail shop on park.
Sorry - ride tickets are not available to purchase online.
Q - What are Season Passes?
A - Pleasure Beach offer two types of season passes giving frequent visitors fantastic value for money:

Platinum Pass - The platinumpass™ gives you an unlimited ride wristband for every day of the 2011 season, that's over 200 days of fun! Plus you can enjoy the South Beach Show and don't miss our Spectacular Dancing Water Show.

Diamond Pass - The diamondpass™ gives you a pleasurebeachpass™ for every day of the 2011 season, that's over 200 days of fun! Enjoy the ambience of the park, ride on the Pleasure Beach Express, explore the Maze, enjoy the South Beach Show and don't miss our Spectacular Dancing Water Show.
Q - How much notice must I give in order to book online?
A - Customers must book 12 hours in advance. Unfortunately, no same day bookings can be processed.
Q - What do I need to bring to collect my Wristband or Pleasure Beach Pass?
A - Your reference number (this appears on screen once you have booked. You will also be sent a confirmation email with your reference number).
Please also bring a form of I.D. either a utility bill/bank statement/Photo ID drivers licence with the purchasers address.
Q - Where do I collect my Wristband and Pleasure Beach Pass from?
A - Our Ticket Centre - located on the ground floor of the Casino Building adjacent to the main entrance.

Q - What if I am purchasing on behalf of someone else?
A - Please give your I.D. to the person collecting the tickets.
If I.D. cannot be produced the consumer can quote your name and address which you used when booking.
Q - Why have we asked for a delivery address?
A - Retail items will be sent to the delivery address specified.
Q - How do I know my booking has been confirmed?
A - If you have a reference number then you have a confirmed booking.
Q - What if I don’t have a printer or don’t receive a confirmation email?
A - In some cases you may not receive an email, this maybe because the address has been blocked or not been recognised. Simply make a note of your reference number and bring it with you.
Q - Are the online offers applicable if I call up or just arrive on park?
A - No, all offers online can only be booked if you are registered online and have access to a computer.
Q - Can I use a Junior Wristband on the Pepsi Max Big One?
A - Yes, as long as you are tall enough. Height restrictions apply.
Q - During my visit can I leave the park and return?
A - If you want to leave and return to Pleasure Beach on the same day please see an Access Ambassador at the main entrance before you leave.
Q - I got Payment Failure message at the end of my booking?
A - Please ensure your billing details entered on the Pleasure Beach website are correct.
- Cardholder name entered as it appears on the card
- Billing address entered as it displayed on card statement
- Leaving the issue number blank
Q - What is Card Security Verification or 3D-Secure?
A - Visa 3D Secure™ and MasterCard SecureCode™ are additional security measures used by some card issuers. Both systems are based on a payment authentication process where a cardholder making a purchase is verified to be the real cardholder.
During online payment you may be transferred to the card issuer's web site, and asked additional security questions to confirm that you are genuine cardholder.
In event of failure to complete 3D-Secure process successfully, payment will not be accepted.
The details of 3D-Secure process depend on the card issuer and it is not under Pleasure Beach, Resort's control. If you have any questions about this process, please contact your card issuer.
Q - What is the policy for children under 2?
A - Under 2's receive a free PB Pass to enter the park.
If children are able to walk unaided and are accompanied by an adult, children can use the rides providing they have either a wristband or ride tickets.
Children 2 years and over require either a wristband or a PB Pass to enter the park
Young children over the age of 2 can use the rides if:
1) They meet the height restrictions - they can ride without accompaniment
2) If they don't meet the height restrictions they can ride with an adult who must be in posession of either a wristband or ride tickets.
