A deposit of £20 (cash only) required, plus £5 hire charge. Please contact a member of our Customer Services Department on 0871 222 1234 to check availability.
	Assistance Animals No dogs or pets are admitted into the Park except for assistance dogs on a lead or in a harness. However, the animals are not permitted on any of the rides and the animal must remain with a member of your party.
	First Aid Pleasure Beach® has trained first aid personnel. Please contact any staff member if you require assistance.
	Baby Changing Facilities Situated at the Superloos opposite the Alice Ride , Beaver Creek Children's Theme Park. Any of our restaurants will also assist you with the warming of baby drinks or food if required.
	Cheque Cashing/Bureau de Change Available at Ticket Sales Centre. Euros can also be changed here.
	Toilets Situated at Balmoral Road car park. Superloos opposite the Alice Ride, Beaver Creek Children's Theme Park. Bowladrome, Burger King, Ocean Boulevard car park and within the Casino.
	Cash Machines Situated at the North entrance to the park and also in the Millennium Dome.
	Parking Pleasure Beach® has 5 car parks located at: North Entrance (Balmoral Road) South Entrance (Ocean Boulevard) East Car Park (Bond Street) Arena (Watson Road) West Car Park (Ocean Boulevard) Railway Station Car Park Balmoral Road car park also has parking for coaches and minibuses. Parking facilities for disabled guests are available at all car parks. Car parking charges apply.

	Left Luggage Left luggage lockers are situated at The Main Entrance, Beach Amusements, Arena, opposite the Big Dipper and Pepsi Max Big One.
	Please note: Men are requested to wear shirts at all times whilst within the Park boundaries and in any shop or catering outlet. It is the policy of Pleasure Beach, Blackpool to forbid the sale and/or consumption of alcohol or the sale of cigarettes (or the provision of tokens to access cigarette machines) to anyone under the age of 18 years, except that in the restaurants of the Big Blue Hotel and the Grill a person over 18 years is permitted to purchase beer, wine or cider for consumption by a 16 or 17 year old, provided that it is consumed with a meal purchased in the restaurant. Pleasure Beach staff may request prove of age of the 16 or 17 year old. Pleasure Beach, Blackpool, operates a Challenge 25 policy in line with Blackpool Council's initiative. If you look under 25 and wish to purchase alcohol or cigarettes you will be asked to produce I.D. displaying your recent photograph and date of birth. Driving Licences, Passports, and PASS accredited cards are all accepted. Pleasure Beach staff are not permitted to serve alcohol or cigarettes to anyone who cannot produce acceptable I.D.
