CUSTOMER CARE, IT’S A PLEASURE

Pleasure Beach has been awarded Excellence in Customer Care at the recent Blackpool Tourism Awards.

The judges commented that Pleasure Beach epitomized this “with customer care at the heart and soul of the organization” while the mystery shopper who attended on behalf of the tourism team commented: One of the most impressive things about the visit was the staff. 

Pleasure Beach continually strives to ensure that our customer service exceeds our customer’s expectations.

Pleasure Beach have a team of dedicated customer service specialists, Pleasure Beach Ambassadors have been introduced offering a visible presence to help customers with any queries and Pleasure Beach made a Learning and Skills Council “Skills Pledge” to continue investment in the training of all staff.
