The Big Blue Hotel at Pleasure Beach, Blackpool is celebrating after being voted the best family hotel in Britain in the Trip Advisor Travellers’ Choice Awards. Of the 345 worldwide hotels honoured, the Big Blue was one of just 20 British destinations to make the list. The Big Blue is the perfect destination for families with 84 unique family rooms offering separate children’s sleeping area. Each child’s bunk bed has it’s own built in TV to put an end to fighting over the remote control, and there’s plenty more for kids to do with Playstation consoles available, games and DVD’s for hire and giant snakes and ladders boards all family rooms. There’s a dedicated children’s check-in desk at reception, the option for younger guests to make their own pizza in the Blues Brasserie and special guests appearances by Pleasure Beach’s furry mascot Bradley Beaver. Plus hotel staff offer a baby listening service.
