The ideal candidate will have administration and customer service experience although full training will be provided.  This position involves converting telephone calls and email enquiries to sales and entering all reservations to a required standard including administrative tasks.

An ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative is essential. You must maintain at all times, the highest levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Working a shift pattern covering a seven-day operation between the hours of 08:00 – 20:00 a degree of flexibility is required.

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for the best talent to help us with our busy telephone lines throughout the busy season dealing with a variety of telephone calls from guests planning to visit our hotel.

Housekeeping Assistants will be required to style the rooms with an eye for detail and a passion for cleaning. You will work as part of a team that ensures rooms and general areas of the hotel are ready on time. Room preparation and cleaning must be kept to a high standard and you must greet our guests with a smile and warm welcome as they pass you on the corridors.
