We strongly recommend you read through the information on this page before booking your visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. CLICK HERE to view the measures we have put in place,
Entry & Rides
Following government guidelines regarding social distancing, we have made some changes to how guests visit us.
eTickets allow you to enter the park enjoy all of our rides, including Nickelodeon Land all day long. You will only need to scan the eTicket when entering the park, you won’t need to scan to go on the rides. There are two different price points for Adults (aged 12 and over) and Juniors (aged 11 and under) for tickets.
Can I still buy a Pleasure Beach Pass or Ride Tickets?
We are currently not offering Pleasure Beach Passes or Ride Tickets. This is to reduce contact between guests and staff due to social distancing rules.
Height Restrictions apply to many of our rides. Please refer to our additional information for Guests with Small Children and Children Under 2 on details on the 19 rides guests can ride without height restrictions.
During my visit can I leave the park and return later on that day?
Yes, you can. Before you leave please ensure you have seen an ambassador so you are able to re-enter after you leave. Please keep your eTickets as proof of purchase.
Children at the Pleasure Beach
What is the policy for children under 2?
To access the rides, Toddlers must have their own eTicket, be able to walk unaided, i.e. they do not need to be carried and must be wearing hard-soled shoes, and must also be accompanied onto the ride by an adult with a valid eTicket.
Please see our additional information for Guests with Small Children and Children Under 2.
Can I use a Junior eTicket on the Big One?
Yes, all our eTickets are valid on all the rides in the park. As long as you are tall enough and meet our Access requirements, you will be able to ride.
Can my children come to the park unaccompanied?
We request that all children are supervised by a responsible person preferably over the age of 12, who exceeds our maximum height requirement of 132cm.
Height restrictions apply to many of our rides and in some cases are not suitable for small children.
What is Nickelodeon Land?
Nickelodeon Land is a themed area of Blackpool Pleasure Beach containing rides and characters from your favourite Nickelodeon shows.
There is no need to purchase additional tickets to enter this area.
Online Booking Information
For the best prices, we encourage you to book 7 days or more in advance of your visit
You must book in advance online and use our NEW eTicket allowing you to enter the park as soon as you arrive.
We understand that the weather can very be unpredictable so if you book online the day before your visit prior to midnight you still receive an online discount compared to the gate price. Same day bookings cannot be processed at the online rate.
How do I know my booking has been confirmed?
If you have a reference number then you have a confirmed booking. You should receive a confirmation email with a reference number and instructions on how to claim your eTickets. *PLEASE ENSURE YOU AND EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY CLAIMS THEIR eTICKET BEFORE ARRIVING.*
If you haven’t received a confirmation email please contact us by email to [email protected] or call us and we can send this to you.
I got a ‘payment failure’ message at the end of my booking.
Please ensure your billing details entered on the Pleasure Beach website are correct and check that:
- The cardholders name has been entered as it appears on the card.
- The billing address entered is the same as it appears on the card statement.
- Please also enter the Issue Number if your card has one.
What is Card Security Verification or 3D Secure?
VISA 3D Secure and MasterCard Secure Code are additional security measures used by some card issuers. Both systems are based on a payment authentication process where a cardholder making a purchase is verified to be the real cardholder.
During the online payment, you may be transferred to the card issuer’s website, and asked additional security questions to confirm that you are the genuine cardholder. In the event of failure to complete the 3D-Secure process successfully, payment will not be accepted.
