Blackpool Pleasure Beach Wristbands and Passes

There are two ways to enjoy Blackpool Pleasure Beach:

Unlimited Ride Wristband
– Allows you to enjoy all of our rides, including Nickelodeon land all day long.
Pleasure Beach Pass
-The £6 Pleasure Beach Pass allows you entry to the park for the entire day. With this pass you can enjoy the ambience of the park, ride the Pleasure Beach Express, explore the Chinese Puzzle Maze, enjoy Bradley and Bella’s Learning Garden and experience our Spectacular Dancing Water Show. Individual ride tickets can be purchased separately on the day.

 New for 2018

This season, families with children 2 and under, can now receive 6 free Toddler Ride Tickets, as well as receiving a free Pleasure Beach Pass.

To use these Tickets, Toddlers must be able to walk unaided, i.e. they do not need to be carried and must be wearing hard soled shoes. Toddlers must also be accompanied onto the ride by an adult with a valid Wristband or tickets. For details of the rides these tickets are valid for and how many tickets each ride requires, please contact us before your arrival.

What is an all day Unlimited Ride Wristband?

A Wristband allows you to enjoy all the rides at Pleasure Beach and Nickelodeon Land. There are different types of Wristbands according to the type of visitor:

Standard Wristband (age 12 +)

For guests aged 12 Years & over. Includes entry to the park and unlimited riding all day long, plus unlimited riding on Nickelodeon Land.

Junior Wristband (age 11 and under)

For guests aged 11 Years & under – Includes entry to the park and unlimited riding all day long, plus unlimited riding on Nickelodeon Land. Height restrictions apply.

 

 

Can I still buy ride tickets?

Yes of course, as long as you buy your Pleasure Beach Pass to enter the park you can then buy ride tickets from the Ticket Centre, Guest Services or any Retail unit within the park. Ride tickets are not available to purchase online.

Please be aware each ride requires a different amount of ride tickets, depending on what type of ride it is. If you wish to know further information on ride tickets please refer back to section ‘Explore’ and discover how many ride tickets are required for your favourite rides.

Height Restrictions apply to many of our rides. Please refer to our additional information for Guests with Small Children and Children Under 2.

During my visit can I leave the park and return later on that day?

Yes of course, when you leave please ensure you seen an ambassador to receive a stamp so you are able to re-enter after you leave.

Online Booking Information

For the best prices we encourage you to book in advance of your visit

 

Do I have to book online the day before in order to get the discount?

For the best prices, we encourage you to book in advance of your visit. If you book 7 days or more in advance you will get the best price for your visit date. We understand that the weather can very be unpredictable so if you book online the day before your visit prior to midnight you still receive an online discount compared to the gate price.

Same day bookings cannot be processed at the online rate.

How do I know my booking has been confirmed?

If you have a reference number then you have a confirmed booking. You should receive a confirmation email with a reference number and details of what to do next. Don’t worry if you don’t have a printer, you can save the booking confirmation to your phone or note it down on a piece of paper.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email please contact us by email to info@bpbltd.com or call us and we can send this to you.

I got payment failure message at the end of my booking.

Please ensure your billing details entered on the Pleasure Beach website are correct and check that:

  • The cardholders name has been entered as it appears on the card.
  • The billing address entered is the same as it appears on the card statement.
  • Please also enter the Issue Number if your card has one.

What is Card Security Verification or 3D Secure?

VISA 3D Secure and MasterCard Secure Code are additional security measures used by some card issuers. Both systems are based on a payment authentication process where a cardholder making a purchase is verified to be the real cardholder.

During the online payment, you may be transferred to the card issuer’s website, and asked additional security questions to confirm that you are the genuine cardholder. In the event of failure to complete 3D-Secure process successfully, payment will not be accepted.

Additional Booking Information

I need to change the details of my booking, what can I do?

This might be because you want to change:

  • The date of your visit.
  • You may not have booked the correct products.
  • You may want to add products or supplements to your booking.

Our policy is that once you have booked products such as show tickets or wristbands that they are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, depending on the circumstances we may allow some changes to be made.

We would suggest that you contact our contact centre on 0871 222 1234* or email into info@bpbltd.com 

Please ensure you have your booking reference and information ready. We may charge a transfer fee for changes to your booking.

 

What is the PRIORITY WRISTBAND delivery service?

Our priority delivery service means your Wristbands, Pleasure Beach Passes, maps and everything else you need to gain direct access to the 42-acre attraction will be delivered to your billing address prior to your visit. This service is included for free if you book a visit on a peak day more than 7 days in advance.

The Big Blue Hotel guests do not need to purchase this option, wristbands can be collected from the main reception at the Big Blue Hotel. Please note: This item is not available for Resort Pass Original and Resort Pass Plus.

 

Can I use the wristband on a different day to the one I booked?

Unfortunately not, all Wristbands and Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable so you must use the Wristband on the day it was intended.

This also applies if the weather takes a turn for the worst – however, in certain circumstances, we do operate a Rainy Day Return Policy, and this means you can come back the next day for free or return on any Sunday up to the 4th of November 2018 for half of the gate price. Are the online offers applicable if I call up or just arrive on park?

No, unfortunately, our main offers are only applicable once you book online in advance. However, if you call the following number you can book with a member of our team and still receive the discount. The same rules apply however, you have to book before midnight the day before via phone in order to get your discount.

Collecting Wristbands & Passes

Where do I collect my Wristband and Pleasure Beach Pass from?

There are two places that you can collect your Wristbands and Passes from; the main Ticket Centre which is located in the Casino Building, adjacent to the Balmoral Road Car Park. Secondly, we also have our East Ticket Sales unit, which is located under the Watson Road tunnel next to the Arena entrance.

What do I need to bring to collect my wristband or Pleasure Beach Pass?

On the day you arrive, please make sure you have your booking reference number with you as well as all members of the party to speed up your collection process.

Your reference number appears on screen when you make your booking, however, if you don’t take note of it at this point, you will receive an email confirmation which has the reference number on as well. As well as the reference number please ensure you bring any form of I.D. which includes the purchaser’s picture, address and postcode.

 

What if I am purchasing on behalf of someone else?

Yes, just as long as the guest attending the park has the details of the person who made the booking, for example, name, email address and postcode along with their reference number for the booking.

Please note, any child under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I hire a wheelchair?

Yes, we have a limited number of wheelchairs for hire. Please report to our Information Desk, located in the middle of the ground floor within the Casino Building who will check availability. You will be required to put down a deposit for security on a wheelchair.

Children at the Pleasure Beach

What is the policy for children under 2?

Under 2s that visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach receive a free Pleasure Beach Pass to enter the park which includes access to the Chinese Puzzle Maze, Pleasure Beach Express, Bradley and Bella’s Learning Garden and the Spectacular Dancing Water Show.

Can I use a Junior Wristband on the Pepsi Max Big One?

Yes all our ride wristbands are valid on all the rides on the park*. As long as you are tall enough, you will be able to ride*.

Can my children come to the park unaccompanied?

We request that all children are supervised by a responsible person preferably over the age of 12.

Height restrictions apply on many of our rides and in some cases are not suitable for small children.

It is advised that children are supervised by a responsible person who exceeds our maximum height requirement of 132cm.

What is Nickelodeon Land?

Nickelodeon Land is a themed area of Blackpool Pleasure Beach containing rides and characters from your favourite Nickelodeon shows.

There is no need to purchase additional tickets to enter this area.

Tesco Clubcard vouchers

Can I redeem Tesco vouchers with Pleasure Beach?

Yes, Once you have exchanged your Tesco Clubcard vouchers for wristband’s, direct with Tesco, you will receive a Tesco Rewards Token for Blackpool Pleasure Beach via email.

To exchange the Tokens please visit the Tesco Deals section on the Blackpool Pleasure Beach website and follow the steps to book your visit. Please be aware your vouchers will only discount the Wristband products in your basket.

For part pay Tesco tokens

Follow the steps and when prompted choose your payment method and follow the instructions on the screen.

What are Season Passes?

Pleasure Beach offer two types of season passes giving frequent visitors fantastic value for money:

A Platinum Season Pass gives you an Unlimited Ride Wristband for every day of the season, that’s over 200 days of fun! 

A Diamond Season Pass gives you a Pleasure Beach Pass for every day of the season, that’s over 200 days of fun! Enjoy the ambiance of the park, ride on the Pleasure Beach Express, explore the Maze and experience our Spectacular Dancing Water Show.

Can I fly drone?

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is a no fly drone zone.  Anyone found flying a drone over Blackpool Pleasure Beach will face legal action.
