Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead a talented, professional and experienced team who deliver a personalised service within the restaurant. You will be able to multitask and offer a hands-on approach whilst assisting the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the busy restaurant operation and lunch period.
Our ideal candidate will have strong customer service values, exceptional people management skills and a high degree of accuracy as well as having the ability to be a positive leader and to inspire your team. You must demonstrate proven communication skills and the ability to multi-task and seek creative solutions.
You will be passionate, enthusiastic, organised and personable. You will be detailed in your presentation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience within a restaurant environment, ideally in a supervisory position.
