Group Accounts Administrator

About this job

We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Group Accounts Administrator for the Big Blue Hotel & the brand new Boulevard Hotel.

This is a dual role assisting the accounts and administration team and would be responsible for both hotels. The key responsibilities for the role are,

  • Sales Ledger.
  • Reconciliations.
  • Queries/ complaints.
  • Commission checks.
  • Conference & Banqueting charges.
  • Assisting with Auditing.
  • Float checks.
  • Vending machine stock.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

Previous hotel experience would be preferred and must have good knowledge of Microsoft, word, excel, email etc. Can work well as part of a team and on your own. Good communication skills. Experience from a previous Administration or Accounts role would be preferable. Use of Oracle, Opera would also be preferred but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and who likes to do a good job.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday

9.00am – 5.00pm

40 hours per week
