Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to work in our busy restaurant at the Big Blue Hotel. The position is to support the head chef and sous chef in the summer season and also quiet times in the winter where it is run with a smaller team

All applicants must have good knowledge of fresh food in a busy a la carte service, work well in a team, work under pressure and have a good knowledge of all sections.

This position would suit a strong chef de partie wanting to progress up the ladder
