A 4* Contemporary Boutique Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our team in our busy restaurant. The position is to support the head chef and sous chef in the summer season and also quiet times in the winter where we run with a smaller team.
All applicants must have good knowledge of fresh food in a busy a la carte service. Applicants must be able to work well in a team, work under pressure and have a good knowledge of all areas within a kitchen.
This position would suit a strong chef de partie wanting to progress up the ladder.
