1. Customer must show barcode for scanning when ordering.
2. Strictly one refill per transaction. Please ask a team member if you are unsure what is included in this offer.
3. The cup holder must only consume the drink, no sharing, misuse is prohibited and may result in confiscation and withdrawal of the service without compensation.
4. The last transaction must be carried out before the advertised park close time. If you are unsure of the close time please check with a team member.
5. If the cup is lost it will not be replaced.
6. No return within 30 minutes to any one unit.
7. This service can only be used when the participating restaurants/outlets are open.
8. The service is strictly non-refundable.
9. Only valid on the day of purchase.
10. Pleasure Beach will not accept liability if you feel you have not made satisfactory use of the offer.

There is an extra charge of £0.80p per refill for regular Pepsi.
There is an extra charge of £1.00 per refill for SLUSH* and/or ICE BLAST*.
No refunds or compensation will be made.
