VISA 3D Secure and MasterCard Secure Code are additional security measures used by some card issuers. Both systems are based on a payment authentication process where a cardholder making a purchase is verified to be the real cardholder.

During the online payment, you may be transferred to the card issuer’s website, and asked additional security questions to confirm that you are the genuine cardholder. In the event of failure to complete the 3D-Secure process successfully, payment will not be accepted.

Don’t have a phone? Don’t worry, visit our help page.
