About the role:
The Banqueting Supervisor needs to be experienced and able to successfully coordinate the whole operation during various events from planning to delivery. The successful candidate should be comfortable with a high standard, high volume operation.
The Banqueting Supervisor will be responsible for the setting up of function rooms for events, organising room layouts, furniture and equipment and managing all operational areas of events on a daily basis, including all food and drink service.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and oversee the smooth running and operation of all the conference & banqueting facilities and its staff, while maintaining standards of excellence throughout the whole operation;
- To deliver first-class customer service, maximising profits through up-selling and reducing costs where possible as well as exploring opportunities for business growth;
- Hours of work will be 5 days per week to meet the needs of the business and will be required to work across a 7-day operation.
Daily temperature tests and weekly covid testing.
