About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for the best talent to help us with our guests throughout this season.
Our department is responsible for the overall welcome experience and first impression of every guest that visits Blackpool Pleasure Beach, whether they see us in the car park as they arrive or when they begin their day in the Park.
Our Ambassadors surround the entire guest experience and we’re expanding our team as we continue into our full season. The role is incredibly varied, from seeing guests onto the park, organising queue lines on the park, giving guests directions on the park, and waving goodbye as the guests finish their day at the Park.
The hours for this role do vary regularly due to the needs of our business. We don’t expect you to have huge amounts of experience, but some Customer Service experience is preferred. We need our Team Members to be willing to deliver first-class service, daily to every single visitor, and focusing on creating memorable experiences.
Hours of work will be variable to meet the needs of the business and will be required to work across a 7-day operation.
