Reports to: Retail Assistant Manager
About the role:
The retail department requires staff to work full time in their busy units. The role involves selling gifts, souvenirs and sweets to our guests in one of our many retail units positioned around the park. Must enjoy working in a customer facing environment be self – motivated, enthusiastic and up for a challenge!
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Excellent guest service
- Stock rotation
- Upselling
- Cash handling
- Driving High Standards of presentation and housekeeping
- Selling Fun!
