Reports to: Director of Security
About the role:
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to gain recognised vocational qualifications and develop hands-on skills within a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and experience as a first responder are preferable but not essential as full training can be provided for the right candidate. You must have excellent customer service skills, good interpersonal and communication skills, a professional appearance, basic IT skills as well as a genuine caring and empathetic nature.
This is a full-time position with varied hours and shift patterns to meet the operational demands of the business – includes weekends. The role demands the highest levels of professionalism, trust and confidentiality. The successful applicant may be required to undertake occupational health clearance and an enhanced DBS disclosure. Pay is dependent on experience, increasing incrementally upon completion of training and subject to performance review.
Ultimately working alongside the Security/Medic teams or alone, you will provide the first response and initial management of any potential injury or illness, perform structured patient assessments, and initiate treatment, complete patient report forms and work closely with the emergency services.
If you think you can care for our staff and guests and work well within a team, we’d love to hear from you!
