Terms and Conditions

Journey To Hell is a terrifying experience led event. It is restricted to persons aged 10+. Persons aged 10-18 must be accompanied by an adult, in a ratio no greater than 6:1.

This event will include the following:

  • Offensive language
  • Uneven surfaces
  • Low/ no visibility
  • Strobe lighting
  • Smoke/Haze
  • Loud noises
  • Latex
  • Clowns
  • Confined spaces
  • Steps
  • Water spray
  • Damp or wet conditions
  • A physically demanding environment
  • Height restrictions
  • Blackout hoods
  • Sexual references
  • Actors may make physical contact with you but they will not harm you

The following is NOT permitted :

  • Alcohol
  • Fancy Dress/Masks/Costumes
  • Food
  • Illegal subtances
  • Bags bigger than A4
  • Camera’s or audio equipment
  • Naked flames
  • Weapons
  • Laser pointers and/or torches

We reserve the right to refuse admission if you are intoxicated or if you have threatening behaviour.

While on your Journey you must not:

  • Interfere with the actors
  • Interfere with props/sets
  • Smoke except in designated areas
  • Chew gum
  • Eat or drink inside the attractions
  • Film or photograph
  • Use mobile phones

 
 

Refund policy:
All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable unless the Event is cancelled, by us for a reason within our reasonable control. A refund shall not be permitted in the event that you do not visit all of the zones within the events operational hours.

Personal Possessions:
We will not be liable for loss of and/or damage to any personal possesions brought by you to the Event.

Your health and safety during your Journey is our priority. Should we feel that this could be affected we reserve the right to make such changes as we see necessary to ensure you remain safe. Part of your Journey will involve machinery/ride and whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure this machinery/ride is fully functional, in the event that we experience operational difficulties we reserve the right to withdraw the machinery/ride. Any changes made by us for the above reasons will not give rise to a refund.
