Pleasure Beach Resort’s Junior Board of Directors
As a Junior Board member, you’ll help us think about the park from a younger point of view, influencing our experiences, strategies and ideas with families and thrillseekers in mind.
It’s also a brilliant opportunity for you to get a first taste of professional life, build confidence, develop essential skills for the future and gain experience that will stand out on your CV.
Pleasure Beach Resort’s Junior Board of Directors has been giving young people a real taste of business since 1995, making it one of the longest-running junior programmes of its kind in the UK.
Members meet during school holidays and take part in real business challenges, creative tasks, presentations and discussions, working directly alongside the management team at one of the country’s most iconic attractions.
Seeing the resort through a younger set of eyes helps shape the decisions made at a senior board level. Past Junior Board members have contributed to some major milestones, including helping to develop merchandise and sustainability initiatives.
