Guided by elves through Pleasure Beach’s very own grotto, children will walk through a magical interactive walkway where they’ll decorate a bauble to take home, collect reindeer food and a magic key, and of course meet Santa himself (with a little present included too).
With their ticket, children can also take a trip down the rabbit hole with a ride on Alice in Wonderland, then enjoy hot chocolate with marshmallows – a proper winter warmer!

‘Tis the season to stuff your face! Choose any waffle base and load it with all of your favourite toppings.

One hot chocolate - Any additional adults can purchase tickets for £5
- Maximum of 5 people per group in Santa’s room at a time
- One adult may accompany the child on the Alice in Wonderland ride
- The Grotto experience takes place in 30 minute time slots
- Online bookings can be made until midnight the day before your visit
- Alice in Wonderland is subject to operational availability and a child needs to meet the minimum height requirement of 117cm to be able to ride
How to get to the Grotto
The entrance to the Pleasure Beach Christmas Grotto is next to Pleasure Beach Resort Arena, which can be accessed via Watson Road Tunnel.
