The latest Wallace & Gromit film, Vengeance Most Fowl, is nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 97th Academy Awards this weekend – and the ONLY Wallace & Gromit ride in existence is right here at Pleasure Beach Resort.
Wallace & Gromit’s Thrill-O-Matic was designed by Nick Park himself, who has just touched down in Hollywood for the glittering awards show.
Only a few weeks earlier, Vengeance Most Fowl picked up two gongs at the BAFTAs, for Best Animated Film and Best Children’s & Family Film.
On the Thrill-O-Matic ride – the only one of its kind – guests sit in giant slippers as they travel through classic scenes from Wallace & Gromit.
Fans can also meet and have photos taken with Wallace & Gromit when they visit Pleasure Beach.
It’s been 16-years since our favourite cheese-loving inventor and his trusty canine companion were last on our screens in A Matter of Loaf and Death (2008.)
In the latest installment, Wallace’s newest invention, Norbot, falls ‘fowl’ to the infamous villainous penguin, Feathers McGraw.
