Job Summary

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming shopping atmosphere
• Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to maximise sales potential
• Stock shelves, organise inventory, and ensure products are properly labelled and available for guests
• Till transactions

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Excellent communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
