Job Title: Catering Supervisor

Seasonal/Permanent: Seasonal

We are currently seeking a dedicated Catering Supervisor to join our team. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

 

Duties

– Supervise and coordinate catering staff to ensure smooth operations.
– Plan and organise catering events, including menu planning and food preparation
– Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
– Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
– Train and mentor catering staff on food production techniques and customer service.
– Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food production and delivery
– Maintain a clean and organised catering environment.

 

Skills

– Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or hotel industry.
– Proficient in food preparation techniques and food production processes.
– Strong team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff
– Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
– Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Flexibility to assist in various tasks within the restaurant or catering setting.
