What is a Flexidate eTicket?

We understand that things can change, the weather can turn, or sometimes something just pops up. With our NEW flexidate eTickets you can swap the date of your visit free of charge* without having to talk to anyone!

We want to make your days out as easy as possible, so we’re giving you the flexibility we know you need, so that you can change your plans without the hassle.

The Flexidate ticket allows you to transfer to any date you wish within a calendar year*. If there is a price difference and the date you transfer to is more expensive you will simply need to pay the difference in price. There is no fee for the transfer service! 

 

Terms and Conditionsof Flexidate eTicket (FeT)

  • The FeT is subject to and operates in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of  Pleasure Beach Resort Ltd
  • The FeT cannot be transferred to a different person
  • The FeT cannot be transferred to an alternative date after it has been scanned at any location within Pleasure Beach Resort 
  • If the FeT has been purchased at a price which is lower than the admission price for the chosen alternative date then a payment is required which will be the difference between the two prices and this payment must be made before the transfer will be authorised. If the FeT has been purchased at price which is higher than the admission price for the alternative date then no refund will be given.
  •  Pleasure Beach Resport opens and operates on set dates within a calendar year and the FeT can be transferred any number of times to an alternative date but only within the calendar year within which it was first intended to be used.
  • If the FeT linked to a Speedy Pass then this Pass will be transferred to the chosen alternative date.
  • Once purchased no refunds are given for an FeT

How to change your date

As long as you have not used your eTickets, changing  the date of your visit is simple.

Visit bookings.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com, go to your account, my orders and find your flexidate eTicket reference.

Once you are in your order you can select the new date for any or all of your unused eTickets, once your new dates have been selected click transfer and your date change will be complete. (subject to any payment where is required)
