About the role:

The White Tower Restaurant at Blackpool Pleasure Beach are currently looking for Food and Beverage staff for the upcoming winter season.
As this is a customer facing role, you will have a bright and welcoming personality, a fine eye for detail and the highest standard of Customer Service will be required.
Previous Bar & Café experience is not essential but would be beneficial in your application.
Candidates must be 18 years old + as the selling of alcohol is involved in this role.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers to the bar and restaurant.
• Taking orders, making recommendations where appropriate
• Preparing a range of different drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
•  Serving guests during dinner service.
•  Processing payments.
• Cleaning the bar and surrounding areas to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies.
