Reports to: Casino General Manager

About the role:

We are looking for staff who will provide waiting on service for our guests. Previous experience of working on busy functions or banqueting is essential. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver customer service to a high standard and have a high level of personal appearance.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Taking guest orders
• Delivering orders in a timely manner to the guest
• Ensuring the dining area is kept clean at all times
• Delivering excellent customer service

Hours of work will be 5 days per week to meet the needs of the business and will be required to work across a 7 day operation.

Daily temperature tests and weekly covid testing.
