Job Name: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role:

The successful candidate will be a time-served approved Electrical Engineer with a proven background in maintenance, installation, fault finding and electrical engineering. You will be responsible for responding promptly to breakdowns ensuring continuous equipment availability whilst also being required to carry out planned maintenance tasks and work as part of a team on various size projects.

The work is very varied ranging from installation, fault finding, repair and replacement work across a large Amusement Park including catering, retail and residential properties. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is maintained to the highest standards, enabling quality and service objectives to be met. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

Applicant: Qualifications

The ideal candidate must be qualified to a minimum City Guilds 236 part 1&2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, and completion of an approved apprenticeship in electrical repair with a Maintenance Company.

  • Electrically biased with a recognised electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition IEE Regulations Certificate
  • Full clean – driving License
  • Telecoms, CCTV & Sound Experience – desirable but not essential

8-hour shift plus weekend availability. Ability to commute/relocate to Blackpool. Experience: Electrical Engineering: 1 year (preferred)
