Job Name: Guest Services - Telephone Advisor

Seasonal/Permanent: Seasonal (full time – 5 of 7 days)

Reports to: Ticket Sales Department Management Team

About the Role:

We’re on the lookout for the best talent to help us with our busy telephone contact centre throughout the season dealing with a variety of telephone calls from guests planning or considering a visit to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Driven and engaged, you will be an expert communicator with the ability to multi-task, process bookings and transactions and offer the best advice and products to guests planning a visit to the attractions, theatres and venues.

Handling both in-bound and out-bound calls, you will be confident and articulate. We will train you to become an expert on the right products and packages to suit our customers and how to give exceptional service to our guests by telephone.

Strong customer service is key, along with a positive, can-do attitude. Previous call centre and/or customer sales experience is preferred, but not essential.
