Reports to: Ripley’s Attraction Manager
About the role: You will be the friendly welcoming face of Ripley’s Believe It or Not ensuring that all guests receive fantastic guest service from start to finish when they visit both the award-winning indoor Odditorium exhibition where seeing is believing or the outdoor Adventure Golf.
- Proactive approach when delivering guest service
- Meeting and greeting guests upon arrival
- Upselling service skills
- Processing transactions
- Keeping the attraction spotlessly clean
- Communicating confidently and effectively with the guests
Full training will be provided although previous attraction experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate must be able to deliver customer service to a high standard and be both presentable and approachable.
