About the role:
In this varied role, you’ll provide professional and flexible administration support for our ongoing project work, working closely with the managers and management team. The role will include organising team member training, inductions, training sign off, wage controls/ absence/ holiday/ timekeeping management for the retail team. Managing and actioning online orders from packing to organising the courier’s, responding to guest emails and internal emails.
You’ll be taking minutes during meetings, managing training matrix /diaries, keeping accurate records, supporting with the retail team expenditure tracking and liaising with many internal and external stakeholders on the phone, or via email. You’ll keep track of key milestones in the projects and ensure data and document submissions are made in a timely and accurate manner and nothing gets missed. Whilst the primary focus of the role will be to supporting the above, you’ll also provide more general administration support for our management teams with our normal day to day operation.
Our ideal candidate:
You will need to be able to demonstrate previous administration experience, as well as excellent attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills. Couple this with a high level of written and spoken English, experience in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to problem-solve and you’ll be at a real advantage. You’ll be able to manage your own time, manage a very varied workload with multiple priorities, as well as working with sensitive and confidential information. You’ll also be an excellent communicator, as you’ll be liaising with a broad range of people both within and outside the organisation. If you have previous experience in a retail administration capacity that would be a distinct advantage. This is a part-time role, working 30 hours per week over 4/5 days a week covering a 7-day operation. You will need to be flexible to meet the needs of the business, as dates and times of key events/meetings can vary and we’ll need you to support those as required.
