Yes. A valid staff ID card or recent payslip must be presented at the gate on the day of your visit. If you arrive without it, you may be asked to pay the difference between the employee rate and the standard gate price. Your booking confirmation email will remind you to bring it.
Yes – the employee rate applies to up to 10 people per booking, so you don’t need to book separately for each person. The employee must be present in the group on the day and must show their valid staff ID card or recent payslip at the gate for the entire party to be admitted at the discounted rate.
Yes. The Employee Rewards Scheme is free to join and open to organisations with 500 or more employees. There are no setup fees, no annual costs, and no minimum booking commitments. If your employer isn’t currently part of the scheme, point them to the registration section below or ask your HR team to contact us at [email protected] – we’ll get them set up quickly.

Yes – the employee rate is only available when booking online in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased at the employee rate on the gate on the day of your visit. Booking in advance also guarantees your preferred date, as availability across the season varies and popular dates can sell out.
