At Pleasure Beach Resort, we want you to have the best possible day when you visit us, and we know that can sometimes be impacted by ride availability. Sometimes, our rides need routine maintenance which can put them out of normal operation. Where we can, we’ll always update this page with any closures so you can plan to visit us when your favourite rides are available.

Occasionally, some rides might need to close at short notice. We recommend downloading the Pleasure Beach Resort app to see our live ride availability and queue times.

Please note that Nickelodeon Land closes one hour before the park’s overall closing time.

River Caves

ALPINE RALLYE & THOMPSON CAROUSEL

The Alpine Rallye and Thompson Carousel are closed from Tuesday 3rd May through Friday 6th May 2022.

Grand National

Ongoing engineering work has unfortunately delayed the reopening of the Grand National. It is now planned to reopen Easter 2022.

Nickelodeon Land

Nickelodeon Land will close 1 hour before the park closes.

Big Dipper
