As a Blackpool Pleasure Beach Season Pass holder – you are also now able to gain free entry to FIVE other amazing Theme Parks across Europe, including;

The participating parks will provide free admission, on the production of a physical 2023 BPB Platinum Pass Card or confirmation via the BPB eGuide App.

Free admission applies to ONE visit during the 2023 season according to calendar opening.  On arrival at the park’s entrance guests present their PASS/ ID and receive ticket valid for same day visit.

Registering your Season Pass and booking a visit

Season Passes are registered online. By following the process below, your Season Pass will be registered and you can also book your next visit to the Pleasure Beach.

We will send all the information you need to do this by email using the email address you gave when the Season Pass(es) were purchased.

If for any reason you can’t access the email account you used to purchase the Season Passes, please email [email protected]

Season Pass Instructions

Please read all of the instructions before clicking any links.

  • Enter the unique Season Pass number and the first name of the Season Pass holder.
  • When prompted upload a recent photo of the Season Pass holder.

Once this is complete you can then book your first visit.

  • To make your booking, select your visit date then enter your name, email address, and phone number. (You will only need to do this once as a Season Pass holder.)
  • Once you have confirmed your visit date, an eTicket will then be generated and you will receive a notification and an email to confirm this.

This could be due to a number of issues, we suggest you:

  • Check which email address you used to purchase the Season Pass and check these inboxes.
  • Check your Spam.
  • If you are still unable to locate your Season Pass Registration email, please send an email to [email protected] with your booking reference and we can send your registration details.

If you’re unable to view your eTicket on your eGuide account it is likely that the email address attached to your Pass is different to the account that you are logged into – these must match one another.

First, try to login/create an account on the eGuide App using a different email address that may be assigned to the Pass in question.

For further assistance, please sent your Season Pass Number and Pass Holder Name to [email protected]

If you would like a physical Season Pass card you can collect yours on your first visit to the Park from the Tickets and Information Desk in the Casino Building or our Guest Services building located next to the Grand National ride.

We will require your Season Pass number so we can find the right details to produce your Season Pass card.

Note: Season Pass cards are not required for receiving on-Park discounts.

Your Season Pass MUST be registered online first with an attached photograph of the pass holder before we are able to print a Season Pass card. 

If you have purchased more than one Season Pass, you will receive one registration email that has a list of Season Pass numbers and the name of who the Season Pass number is for. (like this ⬇)

You can then forward the email to them or you can register this for them in their details.

If you have received multiple registration emails with the same Pass Holder Name attached to different Pass Numbers, simply use the name shown to begin the registration process then input the correct pass holder name, when prompted, when making the first booking.

In order to redeem the discounts you must show either your Season Pass eTicket (with the green & gold diamond background)  or your Platinum Pass Card.

The ‘Meal Deals’ promotion is not valid on drinks or in Burger King, Madam Crevettes, Oyster Bar, Pleasure Beach Arena, Costa, Krispy Kreme, Champagne Lounge and Fish & Chips. Terms & Conditions apply. These offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Season Pass holders must book visits in advance online and have an eTicket for each visit. The only way to access the rides is with an eTicket. We also use eTickets to measure attendance and other vital information to help make decisions across the business.

Your Season Pass eTicket also allows you fantastic on-Park discounts, as well as the ability to add ENSO, SpeedyPass, or SpeedyOne’s to your eTicket through our eGuide App.

Your Season Pass and eTickets are personal to you. Your photograph is used to verify that you are the holder of the eTicket. You must not share your Season Pass with anyone. Any abuse or misuse of a Season Pass will see the Pass voided at our discretion.

Your photograph is not used for any other purposes and is not stored or held by Blackpool Pleasure Beach beyond the end of the season that your pass is valid for.

You will need to make sure the photo only contains one face, that the image is not too large a file size, that it is a recent photo of you and that your phone and browser settings allow the camera to be accessed.

We offer a number of charging points in venues around the park.  Please ask a member of staff for details of their locations during your visit should you require this. In addition to this, souvenir charging banks are available to purchase in our retail stores.

If you are unable to use your phone for any reason or if you can’t use an eTicket you can visit Guest Services and be issued with a printed eTicket instead.

Handy hint: set your eTicket as your phone’s lock screen background for easy access and reduced battery usage!
